Description : We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for document scanning and digitalization service. The duration of the contract is 48 months with renewal after every 12 months.
Scope :
1. Providing a range of digital services digital capture from original material
2. Scanning of existing microfilm
3. Writing digital content to microfilm that can fulfill imaging requirement
4. Production of preservation imaging of over 4 million pages every year
5. Scanning equipment must be capable of sympathetic scanning
6. Scanning of 35mm microfilm in 100ft and 1000ft lengths to a high standard whilst maintaining a high throughput.
This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 22, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
