Description : We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and form processing.
Scope :
1. Scanning of the applications
2. Validation of data and making sure about:
i. Spelling of Name, Surname etc.
ii. Chapter Code and Name
iii. Foundation passed result
iv. Category in case of SC/ST/PH/Ward/Staff
v. Address
vi. Fee details
vii. Attached Certificates
viii. CS Journal Subscription
ix. Study Material
3. Scanned data must be submitted to the Directorate of Students Services in SQL Form
4. Uploading the scanned applications in the required fields, images, tables, photos, signatures etc
5. Processing and Generation of Registration Number
6. Issuing of identity card
7. Data conversion and editing of applications
8. Data preparation and generation of reports on daily basis
9. Segregation of financial instruments, applications and enclosures.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 5, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
