Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Data Digitalization Service.
Scope:
1. We are having 20 registers each containing 504 pages, which are to be cleaned, deacidified, scanned, verified using the latest OCR techniques.
2. The scanned documents for digital preservation are in A3 size.
3. The other set of work involves conservation and digital preservation of lease records containing 4256 pages, which involves cleaning, deacidification, encapsulation, binding, lamination & filing.
4. These documents are in legal size.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 5000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 15, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
