Description: We are India (Rajasthan) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for database preparation and scanning service. It will include data verification/validation, collection of forms, scanning, creating database etc. The duration of the contract is 90 days.
Scope:
1. Collect forms from our offices in different districts and will have to return forms back to respective offices.
2. Provider must install its own computers, Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software licenses, server for application and network attached storage for data storage, backup, networking/cabling, switch, AC, UPS, etc. Service Provider will have to establish office at Jaipur.
3. Scan each form as an image file with form No. as suffix as the key for future retrieval through Document Management Software for e.g. 123456879.jpg
4. Scanning should be performed using either ICR or OCR technology.
5. Convert the scanned data into a database based on the database structure to be provided by us.
6. Correction and verification of data. Random checking can be done by us after verification of data.
7. Printing of the database on Gram Panchayat Level, should also be performed.
8. Prepare CD district wise and Gram Panchayat wise of the database and of jpg files.
9. Safekeeping of forms will be the responsibility of Service Provider.
10. An overall accuracy of 99.9% with 100% accuracy in all number fields is expected from Service Provider.
11. Scanning over 50 lakh Forms each in minimum two sites in one year. Also Service Provider should have at least 20 high speed scanners of 75 Pages per Minute.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 9000000 INR and the EMD is 180000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 3, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
