Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for provision of scanning service.
Scope:
1. Provision of interim storage of medical records related with scanning and destruction service
2. The scanning to an appropriate medium that will enable retrieval, of approximately 30,000 sets of confidential medical records. The documents to be scanned will include a variety of various types, size and weights of paper. Sizes will range from A5 to A3 and some documents may have color within them.
3. The appropriate disposal of the scanned sets of documents.
4. The organization contracted to undertake the service must be capable of complying with all the requirements for carrying out the service.
5. The Contractor will be responsible for complying with all relevant legislation and Policies and Procedures relating to the handling of patient information.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 25, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
