Description: We are India (Meghalaya) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and document management service. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
Scope:
1. Scanning of 7 lakh documents
2. The maximum number of pages is 42 lakh
3. Documents include CAF's or other documents
4. Arrangement of data porting, data entry and backups
5. Arrange scanned documents in corrugated paper box of 7 ply
6. Maximum number of pages is 42 lakh of A4 size
7, Pages has a resolution of 75 dpi and the image format is in Tiff.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 80000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 7, 2010, 11:00 AM by courier, post. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
