2. Packing and collection of records scanning and indexing of records, storage after scanning, for the retrieval of any records required and secure confidential destruction of records
3. Provide the service and also provide a software solution for the scanned records to be stored on.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated the tender value is 200,000 GBP. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 24, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
