Scope:
1. Approx 18000000 Records. We may increase or decrease the number of records for digitization.
2. Software has already been developed for digitization of the data and the same is available on website provided. Service Provider will have to go through the instructions given in the website for software installation, configuration, digitization and data submission format.
3. To find the complete documentation for prerequisites (software) for installation of the software and detailed installation & configuration procedure in the website.
4. Software is server-client based; hence Service Provider has to setup the required systems with proper network connectivity. Among them, at least one should be server machine with appropriate processor and RAM capacity for speed process. Service Provider also has to deploy the all required resources of their own including systems, manpower, power backup equipment, transportation, etc., for successful completion of the awarded data digitization work.
5. We will make the collected data available to Service Provider at district locations by the respective Officer/ offices.
6. If available, we will provide raw space and raw power to Service Provider at district locations. But Service Provider has to make their own arrangements for making entire setup to digitize the data as raw power availability could be deficient.
7. It is the Service Provider’s responsibility to take care of preventing errors during the data digitization process. However, after completion of digitization, Service Provider has to submit the digitized data to the respective Officer/ office for verification. If they find any errors, Service Provider has to take corrective measures for the same and after successful correction resubmit the same to them for approval.
8. After receiving the approval from concerned Officer/ offices, along with that approval letter Service Provider has to submit the digitized data in the form of CD/DVD to us and Department. Also, Service Provider has to get it uploaded into the website by mailing the same to concerned authority.
Since the Unit rate for each record will be discovered through tender process and Service Provider will be paid against the district wise completion of data entry of records. The actual number of record completed and verified and communicated by the department will be considered for payment.
