Volume of Work: 1 Year Contract
Description: We are India (MP) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for data entry and scanning of forms. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for 1 year in (2) six month periods.
Scope:
1. To carry out the above mentioned work, Service Provider will be provided with computer, camera, scanner, printer etc.
2. The Job includes:
a. Data Entry of various details such as Name, Address, etc. in our scanning software. (Maximum 200 character per entry)
b. Storage of Image Form along with signature in our scanning software by using scanner/digital camera or any other suitable devise.
c. Data Entry in ICC software which is called level 1 entry. In this maximum of 160 characters will be required to enter. One entry will take about 4 minutes on an average.
3. The no. of computers/terminals will be 20. Service Provider will have to ensure adequate deployment of manpower to carry out the above mentioned work on time.
4. In case of delay of work by Service Provider, or non performance of contract, penalty will be imposed on Service Provider.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 1000000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 21, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
