Scope:
1. Data entry work to include entry of details in forms.
2. Approximate number of forms per month – 5000 forms
3. Filing of forms serially in Bundles of 100 forms.
4. Approximate number of forms to be filled per month – 5000 forms.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 30,00,000 INR and the EMD is 75000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 23, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
