Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for digitalization and archiving of data.
Scope:
1. Provider will have to scan, clean and digitize various records (pages) available in A3 size and legal size.
2. APPROXIMATE VOLUME:
a. General Land Records – 20 Registers each containing 504 pages each of A3 size
b. Lease Records – 266 Packets each of 12-13 pages which are of legal size
3. The data should be given on CD and DVD along with external hard disk storage for preservation of the same.
4. The rates should be mentioned clearly stating the rate for scanning, cleaning and digitization for each page.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 5000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 30, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
