Volume of Work: 8 Months Contract
Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for digitalization of data. The duration of the contract is 8 months.
Scope:
1. Contractor needs to do 60,000,000 keystrokes to complete the digitization of historic Survey data.
2. PDF versions of the data forms will be provided to the contractor from which to read and key the data.
3. Data must be manually keyed and not input via optical character recognition technology.
4. Keyed data records must incorporate previously keyed index fields to allow linking between images and keyed data.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 9, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
