Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Software and Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Management Solution and Scanning.
Scope:
1. Provide installation of selected document management solution to include document capture services, software, annual software maintenance, system implementation services, and coordination, reporting, deliverable acceptance, and status reports.
2. Contractor shall scan approximately 80,000 documents and deliver within one (1) year of contract start date.
3. Contractor shall destroy original documents upon successful acceptance of performance.
4. The Software solution shall electronically store, organize, and manage virtually any kind of business content.
5. It needs to be easy to implement, integrate, and manage, providing instant, role-based access to content from either a desktop interface or web browser.
6. The Software must be able to store and manage multiple file formats such as CADD, PDF, TIFF, and MS WORD.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 20, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
