Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document conversion and imaging service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the possibility of further extension for 2 additional one year periods.
Scope:
1. Ability to deliver accurately indexed, high quality scanned images at a rate of at least fifty (50) full boxes per month. Box volume approximately 10”H x 12”W x 15”. Boxes contain approximately 95% letter-sized (8.5” x 11”) documents and 5% other sized documents excluding blueprints.
2. Scanning Pages to Group IV Tag Image File Format - All documents must be scanned at 300 DPI, in TIFF Group IV format and meet or exceed standards set forth by Florida Administrative Code 1b-26.
3. Document Indexing - All Images must be indexed by name, type, Student/Personnel ID Number, Document Date and Scan Date. This includes preparation of documents for indexing.
4. All Meta Data must be compatible with EMC’s Documentum ApplicationXtender Index Image Import Database to facilitate easy uploading of images and index information.
5. Mastering Images to CD-ROM - Image and index information must be delivered to Records Management on CD-ROMs 700 MB and must contain no more than two (2) boxes of records per CD-ROM. Box number(s) must be clearly indicated on CD-ROM’s.
6. In addition to CD-ROM transmission of images and index information Service Provider must also be able to transmit via FTP on our request.
7) 16mm Reel including ANSI Cartridge - All COM generated Microfilm must consist of one (1) - 16 MM Silver original, 24X reduction and one (1) - 16 MM Diazo Duplicate with an index of microfilmed images as the lead image on the roll. All images must contain a single level image mark.
8. Service Provider must be CDIA+ Certified and must be able to provide services either on-site or at an established facility, licensed to do business in the State of Florida.
9. Service Provider’s off-site facility must be located not more than twenty (20) miles from FL 32809.
10. Access to records at Service Provider’s off-site facility must be provided twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 49999 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 1, 2010 by courier, post or email.
