Description: We are Ireland based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for provision of scanning service.
Scope:
1. Provision of scanning and archiving service
2. Preference would be for a sole provider, interested Service Providers who can provide one or both of the services will be considered.
2. Scan our deeds and documents; and store them in Adobe PDF format.
3. Provide Off-site storage of hard copy Title Deeds and other possible files, in a secure location which is accessible on request by client.
4. Provide Easy retrieval of Deeds.
5. Ongoing scanning and storage.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 20, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
