Volume of Work: 1 Year Contract
Description: We are India (Punjab) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning of forms. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
Scope:
1. Perform scanning, in conformity with the standards prescribed by us. No outside person will be allowed to take away any form/image from the Bank.
2. Service Provider (along with scanning of forms) will have to scan signatures and photographs.
3. Entire equipment such as Computers, Scanners will be provided to Service Provider during working hours.
4. VOLUME: On an average 5000 FORMS are to be scanned per day.
5. Service Provider shall arrange for deployment of their skilled/qualified personnel depending upon the volume of the work on daily basis and ensure completion of work, in conformity with the standards prescribed by us.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 30000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 14, 2010, 3:00 pm by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
