Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning of images and documents.
Scope:
1. Provide reliable, scalable, and secure City wide scanning services on-site and off-site for various City departments
2. Provider must scan and convert various types of documents and media to electronic media
3. cope includes, but is not limited to, media and document preparation, removal of staples/other encumbrances; repairing of pages as necessary; reattaching staples or clips as required; re-filing document to original folder
4. The document can be available in electronic form or in its native format
5. Pages shall be scanned at 300 dpi, 400 dpi or 600 dpi as requested.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 31, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
