Description: We are India (Haryana) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Conversion of documents to Digital format.
Scope:
1. Convert our archival records into digital format.
2. APPROXIMATE VOLUME: 2 Lakh Pages
3. All the digital images are to be supplied in External Hard Disc (Branded).
4. All the images should be in the basic Row formats (TIFF) and in PDF format with proper indexing.
5. A senior level Consultant must be engaged by Service Provider for supervision of work on regular basis.
6. Fortnightly Progress Report should be submitted by Service Provider for monitoring the work progress.
7. The documents to be digitalized will normally be in the size of A4/ A5 in stitched files/ volumes.
8. The documents should be digitalized at minimum of 300/600 dpi
9. A sample of the output in digital form (in CDs) should accompany the Technical Bid.
10. The awarded work has to be done at our designated location (in our premises) in Haryana. Necessary Space and Electricity will be provided by us.
11. It will be the responsibility of Service Provider to take the documents from the stack area for digitalizing and after digitalization should be restored in the same place from where they have been taken. Documents/ Records are to be arranged chronologically and necessary pagination done before digitalizing.
12. Digital images will be delivered to us within 10 days after completion of the Job. No payment will be made for digital images not found of satisfactory quality.
13. Service Provider is expected to offer most competitive prices with highest possible discounts for the items mentioned below:
a. Conversion of records of in to Digital Format in the size of A3, A4 or Legal.
b. Conversion of records of in to Digital Format in the size of A0 or outsized.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 5,00,000 INR and the EMD is 10,000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 30, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
