Scope:
1. Scanning of Toposheets, Forest maps and other reference Maps
2. Geo-referencing
3. GIS database creation
a. Boundaries
b. Natural features
c. Transportation
d. Mining lease areas
e. Forests
f. Landmarks
g. Other base map features
4. Attribute data Linking
5. Geometry validation and GIS creation.
6. Quality control and Assurance scheme.
7. Deliverables
a. Display of GIS data in digital format along with scanned maps, toposheets etc.
b. Viewing of features with zoom in and zoom out tabs
c. Capable software to connect to satellite data through internet and real-time download of terrain data
d. 3D view, Altitude information just by clicking
e. Pats profile for any road using 3D data
f. Print out maps any scale with various color to features.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 4000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 15, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
