Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for online form filling process. We need online filling of insurance forms. The forms will be 3500 per seat per month. We need 10 numbers of seats. The duration will be 11 months and can be extended for another 24 months.

The rate will be based depending upon the accuracy:
99 % to 100% accuracy = 22/- INR per form
98% to 99% accuracy = 18/- INR per form
97% to 98% accuracy = 12/- INR per form
96% to 97% accuracy = 10/- INR per form
95% to 96% accuracy = 8/- INR per form
94% to 95% accuracy = 5/- INR per form
93% to 94% accuracy = 4/- INR per form
92% to 93% accuracy = 3/- INR per form
91% to 92% accuracy = 2/- INR per form
80% to 89% accuracy = No payment Only Next week
data will be provided
<80% accuracy = Project will be terminate.
