Description: We are India (TN) based looking to outsource our requirement of DTP and Data Entry Service. We are looking for designing, scanning and processing of applications.
Scope:
1. Designing and printing of applications:
a. A4/Legal size
b. One leaf/Two Pages Back to Back
c. Bilingual (Hindi and English)
d. Method of Filling application Form : Black Ball Point Pen
2. Design and Printing of Information Booklet:
a. A4 size
b. Should bear the same number as OMR Application Form
c. Design to be finalized in consultation with CISF
d. Bilingual (Hindi & English)
e. 12 pages (Approx) including Cover.
f. Newsprint paper quality, 50 GSM
g. One color printing
3. Creation of Candidates Master Image File in JPG format after scanning Application Forms with photograph, signature of the candidate and Address (on minimum 200 dpi grey scale) through ICR/OCR.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. The EMD is 49050 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 11, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
