Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for provider for Scanning and Indexing services.
Scope:
1. There are approximately 12,500 large format drawings (plat, sheet, or bound) that require scanning, indexing into the data fields.
2. Scan in Black & White at 300 dpi, multi - page TIFFS
3. Poor quality images scan as TIFF Format, JPEG 24 bit color
4. Vendor to provide an index of poor quality images
5. All files are to be returned to us with two DVD-Rs.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 16, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
