Volume of Work: 2 Years Contract
Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and indexing service. The duration of the contract is 2 years.
Scope:
1. Scanning and indexing of documents
2. Documents includes schematics, mechanical drawings etc
3. Hard medium are to be converted into Soft medium in TIFF format with indexing on MSEXCEL
4. Soft media files shall be compiled with files scanned at your end
5. Scanning to a minimum resolution of 400 DPI
6. Database must have indexing of drawings details
7. The indexing shall be on a Microsoft Excel format
8. Conversion to PDF with book marking using ADOBE ACROBAT ver 8.0
9. Scanned images shall be de-speckled and de-skewed before converting to TIFF /PDF format.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 45,00,000 INR and the EMD is 100000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 6, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
