Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for data entry and conversion service.
Scope:
1. Conversion of data from that contained in the documents into predefined electronic formats
2. Record and track all incoming and outgoing source documents and Batches
3. Prepare source document for data entry
4. Source document data entry and verification
5. Transmission of data files via s-FTP
6. Produce weekly reports of documents entered by site (for audit purposes)
7. Volume:
- Approximately 900 Batches of records will comprise the initial inventory of documents to be provided to the successful Vendor upon commencement of the Contract, which in turn will contain approximately 420,000 documents.
- Each week thereafter, an estimated maximum of 2,000 documents may be provided, decreasing steadily as the season progresses
- In total, an estimated 1,000 Batches of documents will be provided, totaling an estimated 500,000 documents.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
