Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for data entry of accounts and transactions through Software initially for a period of three months which can be extended on a month to month basis depending upon the quantum of work.
Scope:
1. Installation of software in PCs of the service provider to be established at Head Office premises.
2. The data operator should be well versed in computer applications.
3. Data entry of opening of accounts, subsequent transactions and non-cash entries should be done through Software.
4. After completion of the work, copying of entire data in DVD CD as back up media besides generating a hard copy.
5. After completion of work, loading of the data entered into department’s computers.
This is an on onshore and offsite tender. The estimated tender value 2000000 INR and EMD 20000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 30, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
