Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for provision of data entry service.
Scope:
1. Data entry work will require to be carried out IN-HOUSE in Stand-alone PCs or in Off-line/On-line System.
2. Data entry operators will be arranged by the agency, in the offices of Pune stationed at different places of Pune District. Data Entry operators are required to attend the work in our office premises.
3. Data entry is required to be made using Dbase, Foxpro, Clipper or any other advance language.
4. The data entry agency will be responsible to keep/ maintain records of data enter works carried out and submit all the reports along with the bill for payment.
5. The contract period will be for one (1) year.
6. In case it is decided that data entry work is to be carried out (Off-Line) either In-house or in the premises of agency using the software other than ORACLE, the data entry agency will develop its own software for such data entry at its own cost.
7. The data entry agency will be responsible to-
a. Receive the data on day to day basis.
b. Enter the data on the same day.
c. Deliver the Floppy/Cartridge tape on very next working day.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 34000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 15, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
