Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for document imaging, management and scanning service.
Scope:
1. Document scanning/imaging services:
a. Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
b. Zonal OCR
c. De-speckling
d. Indexing
e. Batch processing
f. Processing various record types and formats such as (but not limited to):
i. Large format engineering documents in color or B&W
ii. Medical records
iii. Maps
iv. Other non-standard sizes, formats or media
2. Records retention/preservation
3. Migrating data from network shares and/or other document repositories to repositories such as SharePoint, Documentum or OnBase.
4. Integrating document intake with workflow
5. Developing taxonomies and metadata
6. Working with existing taxonomy and metadata standards.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
