Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for document management service. The duration of the contract is 2 years with the possibility of further renewal for 3 years.
Scope:
1. Web based reproduction and document storage, retrieval of documents and drawings
2. Capability to order plans and documents with distribution and delivery service
3. Capability of viewing, printing, maintaining and organizing plans and documents online
4. Ability to manage historic and current electronic plans and documents easily
5. Maintain a backup of all electronic data at a remote site in the event of a catastrophic loss at the primary site
6. Provide a full range of reprographics services including digital and hard copies, black and white and color for both large and small formats
7. Ability to scan and electronically store historic sets of plans to be maintained and accessible at all times (approximately 9,860 sheets and vellum drawings.
This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 4, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
