Volume of Work: 5 Years Contract
Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for provision of document scanning and conversion service. The duration of the contract is 5 years commencing from Feb 2011 to 14 Feb 2016.
Scope:
1. Scanning and conversion of estimated pages required may be as low as 40,000 pages and up to 6,000,000 pages per year, depending on volume of records on hand and/or received
2. Between fiscal years 2009 and mid-2010, total number of pages scanned was approximately 3,254,000
3. In addition to scanning and converting personnel files, contractor shall destroy boxes of these files. The estimated number of boxes for destruction may range between 200 and 5,000 over five years.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 400,000 USD to 4100,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
