Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for document scanning service.
Scope:
1. Scanning of black and white paper documents
2. Scanning document of odd sizes like A0, A1, A2, A3 and A4
3. Scanned images should be in PDF format or any other format as approved
4. Editing, conversion into word, CAD or text or in any other editable format must be disabled
5. Images must be cleaned for removal of blurs and black spots to ensure clarity
6. Scanning sample documents of all the sizes including the document having insert(s) of size different from the main document
7. Maintain a register / record of the documents received for scanning and returned after scanning.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 11, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
