Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for document storage and management of records. The duration of the contract is 3 years commencing from March, 2011 to February, 2014 with the possibility of further extension for 2 additional one year terms.
Scope:
1. Retrieval Service – Physical retrieval of boxes, files, film/fiche, tapes, cassettes and CD’s/DVD’s from location(s) within the Contractor’s facility.
2. Pick up and Delivery Service – Pick up to and from various county locations, or both services combined, of boxes, files, films/fiche, tapes, cassettes and CD’s/DVD’s.
3. Re-filing Service – Physical return of boxes, files, films/fiche, tapes, cassettes and CD’s/DVD’s to location(s) within the Contractor’s facility.
4. Destruction Service – Certified destruction of documents within boxes by shredding in a machine and transporting to an approved landfill site, or transporting to an approved recycling center.
5. Monthly Storage – Storage of boxes, microfilm/microfiche boxes and pallets at the Contractor’s facility, invoiced at cost per month. Storage for less than a full month shall be pro-rated based on the monthly cost.
6. Supplies – Cost for purchase of boxes or containers.
7. Scheduled Service Transportation – Pickup/delivery between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and is within 30 miles one way from Contractor’s servicing branch.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
