Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning of documents.
Scope:
The objective is to obtain information on services that can handle documentation scanning. The services may various but not limited to the following;
1. Workflow documentation management solutions.
2. Conversion of large and small volume of data into electronic format consisting of;
- Purchase orders and contract documents
- A/B/C/D size drawings and plans.
- Glue binding documents.
- Wire and Plastic binding documents.
- Paper documents ranging from Letter size: 8.5” x 11”/Legal size: 8.5”x14”/Large size: 11”x17”/Statement size: 5.5” x 8.5” and Executive size: 7.25” x 10.5 etc.
3. Indexing and retrieval capabilities.
4. Conversion of small and large jobs to PDF format.
5. Search engine capabilities for scanned documents.
6. Pick-up and delivery requirements.
7. Software platform/Architect methodology.
8. Charts, photographs etc.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
