Scope:
1. Scanning the documents, computer data entry, preparing of reports and other general office documents
2. Typing the official letters and other documents
3. Handling existing data and editing current information
4. Proof reading new entries into a database etc
5. Keeping the office record updated
6. Taking back up of data at regular intervals and storage of data.
This is an on shore and off site tender The estimated tender value is 78500 INR and the EMD is 2000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than February, 23, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
