Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and conversion of documents.
Scope:
1. The scope of this project focuses on the reparation and replication of 714 of most damaged 200 foot, 16mm microfilm reels of driver license applications and identification card applications.
2. The Contractor must ensure measures are taken to guard against theft and/or disclosure of applicant information and/or films.
3. All work shall be completed in three (3) months
4. Contractor must provide daily, weekly and final status reports documenting film repairs, total number of images, total number of images per calendar year, images not able to be duplicated and images lost due to repairs
5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the pick-up of records and return to our office.
6. Volume: There are approximately 3,100 rolls of film, with approximately 63 million images from 1932 to August 2003; 320 rolls are 100 foot and the rest are 200 foot.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer that attachment for more details.
