Description: We are India (UP) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry and Software Development Service. We are looking for scanning of images and customer application development.
Scope:
1. Provide services of scanning and uploading of scanned images and web based monitoring software for customer application forms.
2. The scanning shall be done at our office location.
3. A single server at circle level shall store the scanned data, index data workflow.
4. The database, application software and all interfaces shall be provided by the bidder. The application software has to be web based.
5. Application architecture should allow storage of scanned images & index field in Database.
6. The system must have single window view of images and index forms.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 430000 INR and the EMD is 10,000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
