Description: We are India (Jharkhand) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for data entry and scanning of forms. The duration of the contract is 1 year.
Scope:
1. Data entry
2. Data validation and verification in English
3. At least 10 or more number of data entry operator
4. Receipt, filing and numbering the proposal forms and supporting documents
5. Initial verification of documents and enquiry from respective officer if required
6. Proposal data entry through leased line after verification
7. Scanning of proposal forms and supporting documents sent in hard copy
8. Quality checks of data entry and scanned documents.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 38000 INR and the EMD is 500 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
