Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for scanning and digitalization of book.
Scope:
1. Preparation of documents for scanning/digitalization
2. Cropping and cleaning of images
3. Scanning and storing the data in scanned form
4. Convert the data into PDF format
5. The output of conversion must be in 2 forms:
- PDF document with indexing for printing (High Resolution).
- PDF document with indexing for viewing over website (Low Resolution)
6. Hand over the data in PDF files on DVD media
7. Transfer the PDF files on the hard disk our computers.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 11000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 11, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
