Description: We are India (Assam) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Data entry record keeping and office assistance service. The duration of the contract is 2 years.
Scope:
1. Provide computer data entry (computer to be provided by us)
2. Recording,
maintaining,
upkeepment of data,
soft & hard copies of documents,
Files, movements of documents,
Office assistance of all kinds.
3. Number of man days will be 1665 and number of hours will be 500.
4. The contractor has to provide 3 nos. of manpower with sufficient and adequate knowledge of data entry.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 7000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
