Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Digital Document Conversion Service.
Scope:
1. Document preparation of approximately 300,000 images which involves removing staples, repairing torn sheets, relocating post-it-notes, binder deconstruction, etc. The majority of the documents are size 8-1/2" x 11" but includes some 14-7/8" x 11" dot-matrix print computer paper, multiple part carbon copy paper, and half page documents. Approximately 50% of the pages are duplex (two-side printed).
2. Digital document imaging of approximately 300,000 images as TIFF files in color at 300 DPI
3. Indexing and data entry of approximately 6,024 files
4. Include pickup and delivery options of documents.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 3, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
