Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Conversion Service.
Scope:
1. Scan approximately 7,400 images of engineering drawings
2. Verify the time to process the digital conversion of that sample of drawings.
3. Verify the quality of images that can be acquired from the sampling.
4. Project the estimated computer memory space required to complete each phase of the project.
5. Review the Indexing Schema prescribed for the project.
6. Demonstrate the two different forms the delivered project and report might take.
7. Return the original drawings to the along with two DVD of the demonstration project.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 19, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
