Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Data Entry of forms.
Scope:
1. Data and image files must be placed on a secure FTP site
2. Scanned images are to be returned as .tif files
3. Simple page reports are to be returned as a single image file and multiple page reports as a single, multiple page tif file
3. Scanning and data entry will be done on copies of reports that may be hand written
4. Single page report can be comprised of either a single page or multiple pages
5. Multiple page reports will be identified with page numbers
6. Approximately 6,000 reports are received monthly
7. Conversion of data from paper documents to an electronic format
8. Scan the documents and link the images with data from the forms.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
