Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Data Entry Specialist. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of 2 year further extension.
Scope:
1. Data entry of medical confidential data
2. Verification of data
3. Editing of complex data
4. To establish and maintain efficient data and information flow
5. Performs limited data analysis, and prepares and generates required reports
6. Checks, verifies, and edits data coding to ensure compatibility
7. Review and updates current medical information
8. Execute and prepare reports on HIV, Individual/Unit Medical Readiness Reports, Immunization Tracking, Pre/Post Deployment Health Assessment, Dental
9. Inputs and retrieves reports in alphabetical and numerical prescribed format
10. Creates, maintains, and purges specified data files and logs as required
11. Assists medical record section on filling all medical documentation in medical records
12. Knowledge of computer data entry systems, protocols and procedures
13. Word processing and/or data entry skills
14. Ability to resolve data input, storage and/or retrieval problems and to design solutions and modifications
15. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 9, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
