Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Document Imaging and Scanning Service.
Scope:
1. Small-scale pilot document scanning project.
2. Scanning will be done on 2 new Xerox 5755PT copier
3. At a minimum, scanned documents for this pilot can be stored in network folders
4. There are approximately 500 active paper folders with 100 pages. Approximately 100 new folders are added monthly.
5. Ideally, we would like the metadata for each document to include: Loan Number, Document Type, Borrower Name, and Property Address.
6. There could be as many as 30 document types.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 10, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
