Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Conversion and Indexing of documents.
Scope:
1. Conversion of documents from paper documents to digital format
2. Indexing of different types of documents like:
a. Student transcript data records: indexing by School Name, School Number, Last Name, First Name and Student ID number
b. HR records: Last name, First Name, Employee ID number
c. Transportation records: Up to a max of 5 fields for different records: Last name, First Name, Employee ID number, SS#., Bus number, Company name, VIN # etc
3. Estimated documents to digitalize are:
* Human Resources – Employee records: estimated 500,000
* Transportation – Driver, bus, student records: estimated 30,000
* 80% of paper documents are 8 ½ x 11.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
