Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry and Cad Service. We are looking for Film Conversion and Indexing Service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with two, 1 year extension periods.
Scope:
1. Creating both silver and diazo film from scanned images
2. Creating an index database from recorded documents
3. Scanning microfiche to images and recording the digitized images on film
4. Provide professional services as it relates to an on-going conversion
5. Document scanning to create digital images, conversion of digital images to film, conversion of film to digital images, film to film copying, image to index validation and resolution of discrepancies, and image indexing
6. The index and index file specifications will vary depending on the document to be scanned
7. Microfiche records may also need to be scanned to digital images, output to film and possibly indexed
8. Some of these microfiche records contain 18” by 24” size maps.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 10, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
