Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry and Proofreading Service. We are looking for Professional Data Entry Service.
Scope:
1. Reformatting existing data, editing of current info and proofreading of new entries
2. Make notifications of any errors associated with data collection
3. Sorting and filing of physical reports related to various programs
4. Entering lines of data from various reports into an excel spreadsheet
5. Filing archives for Archival Records Management including indexing and formatting functions
6. Providing clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, drafting letters etc.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
