Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Conversion of Microfilm.
Scope:
1. Conversion of an inventory of microfilmed records into digitalized form
2. Implement an indexing schema to facilitate efficient searching of these records once they are in digitalized form
3. The microfilmed images were produced using grayscale with reduction ratios of 1:25 to 1:50
4. Each microfilm roll is either 100 or 250 feet in length
5. The microfilm's thickness ranges from 2.50 to 6.00 mm.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
