Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Data Capturing Service.
Scope:
1. Data entry directly on the application screens
2. Data capture from physical data format (paper/hard copy/manual) to data templates.
3. Enter data into pre-designed templates (EXCEL Sheets) for batch uploading from manual records. Sample data will be shown to the data entry operators.
4. Data collection from soft data format (EXCEL, Text files, WORD documents etc) to data templates.
5. Data Entry Operators and supervisors are required to work in our office between 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday (8 hours daily).
6. Required training will be provided before starting.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Our estimated budget is 2500000 INR and the EMD is 25000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 12, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
