Scope:
1. Preparation of records
2. Data conversion
3. Document imaging
4. Indexing and reconstruction of records
5. There are approximately 2,200 file folders containing an estimated
380,000 sheets of paper
6. Duplexed documents account for roughly 2% bringing the total volume estimate closer to 390,000 images.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 27, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
