Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Data Entry Service. We are looking for Records Imaging and Conversion Service.
Scope:
1. Provide document preparation, affixing labels, scanning, and quality assurance services onsite
2. The 65,000 records comprising Part 1 will have one side scanned.
3. In part 2 - These records account for around 97,500 single-page records and are double-sided, for a maximum total of 195,000 sides/images.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 2, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
